The company previously used an app built on a partner’s ready-made platform. To gain full control over functionality and ensure deep integration with the internal systems used by the website and offline stores, the decision was made to build an in-house application

I was responsible for the entire design of the new app: from overall structure and navigation to the detailed creation of all user flows: registration, search, purchasing, catalog, settings, screen states, loading scenarios, error handling, etc.

I collaborated with the product manager and the development team

The application is cross-platform, with certain elements adapted to each platform’s conventions to preserve a familiar user experience

Now I continue to support the product’s design: adding new features, updating interfaces to meet evolving requirements, and providing ongoing design support
